A Special Message to Our Patients
Please come out to support LiveSTRONG on June 5, 2011. We will be hosting a bowling tournament at Rock N Bowl from 2p-5p. Registration is available for teams of 4 for $500. Registration includes admission for all 4 team members to the event, snacks, and limited drinks. Each team is also eligible for winning 3 separate prizes, one for the most money raised beyond your registration fee, best team spirit / costume, and best bowling score! All those who want to attend to see the showdown can by advance tickets through the office for $20 each. Tickets will be $25 each at the door. All children under 12 are FREE!!! There will be many family friendly activities, as well as awesome entertainment by the Bucktown All-Stars and 61 South. There will be door prizes, raffles, and tons of ways to get involved and have a great time for a great cause! Please come out to support LiveSTRONG and enjoy a Sunday afternoon with the family!
