Upon request, we can estimate the fees associated with your treatment. These are estimates, however, and the final fee is dependent upon the services rendered to best address your dental needs.
Insurance benefits vary depending upon the extent of your coverage. Care deemed necessary and appropriate by Dr. Thibodaux might not be a benefit covered by your individual insurance contract.
Dr. Thibodaux is a provider for the following insurance plans:
Blue Cross Blue Shield of LA, Blue Cross Blue Shield Federal, Delta Dental, Humana, MetLife, and United Concordia.
All fees for service are due at the time of service for all patients without coverage by the above listed plans (excluding MetLlife).
Visits are by appointment only. Please have your dental insurance card at each visit. If your insurance is different than what is presented at your dental visit, or you fail to notify us of a change in insurance, you will be responsible for all charges.
If Dr. Thibodaux is tardy, please understand that it is not intentional, but relates to uncertainties present in addressing health issues, not only by scheduled appointments, but emergency appointments.
If you expect to be late, please call. We will do our best to work you into the schedule, but will have to reschedule you if you arrive more than 15 minutes late in order to honor the appointments of other patients that arrive timely for their appointments.
If you fail to keep your appointment, a "no-show", you will be notified of your missed appointment and we will schedule your appointment at our earliest convenience.
